Keep It Tight Sisters was created especially for you. It will help you if you want to lose a few pounds, eat better, sleep better, move more, manage stress, or just live your best life.
Keep It Tight Sisters will help you set SMART goals, show you how to achieve them, and offer you tools and tricks help you achieve your health and wellness goals. You can also ask Dr. James anything about women’s health, nutrition, and fitness. Additionally, we show you why food is the best medicine and how to use natural remedies.
While women are the core audience for Keep It Tight Sisters, you can occasionally expect to hear the voices of men encouraging you, cheering you on, and running alongside you. We will also interview warrior women who will share their stories and journeys of how they “Keep It Tight.”
