I AM Affirmations for Women Warriors: Crushing Your Goals

I AM affirmations

I AM affirmations can be crucial for your self-love, empowerment, or self-care and wellness journey. These affirmations are positive statements or phrases that you can use as mantras to encourage and empower yourself. They can also be used to replace or challenge negative self-talk. Let’s face it. We talk to ourselves anyway. So, why not use I AM affirmations to challenge those negative, unhelpful thoughts that sometimes play in our heads like a playlist on repeat?

Now, you don’t want to miss this. According to Walter Jacobson, M.D., a psychiatrist, affirmations reprogram our subconscious mind and help us to manifest our desires. Reprogramming your mind with I AM affirmations can help you get there.

How To Use I AM Affirmations

So, how often and when should you practice I AM affirmations? Well, to get the most benefit from affirmations, you need to repeat them daily. I recommend that you commit to a 21-day program. At a minimum, repeat each affirmation ten times when you wake in the morning and before you go to bed. However, I also recommend repeating them at midday and whenever you need to get fierce and call on your inner warrior woman.

You will need to write or type them and put them where you can easily find them. You can have them as a note on your phone, write them on your vision board, or tape them to your bathroom mirror. And don’t forget that sticky notes can also help. However, what has worked best for me is writing a different one each day at the top of a journal entry.

Now, you don’t want to miss this point. You cannot repeat these I AM affirmations like a robot and automatically change your life. Of course, you have to show up and do the work. However, these affirmations must be in your success toolkit, and they will work when you believe them true.

I AM affirmations to crush your goals

One: I AM Crushing My Goals

This I AM affirmation is one of the most essential affirmations for crushing your goals. The key to crushing your goals is to be specific about your goals. Remember, goals are different from desires. A goal is an intention that is followed by a plan of action. So, that means that you must put your goals in writing and read them every day.

I recommend setting SMART goals. This strategy works for all types of goals–weight, exercise, stress eating, financial, business, etc. You can read how I show how to set SMART goals for stress eating.

I AM affirmations for warrior women

Two: I AM A Warrior

When you channel your inner woman warrior, you can crush those goals. While women warriors often stand up and defend those who are vulnerable, they also go on the offense. This I AM affirmation acknowledges that there are different types of warrior women. You may be a quiet warrior who sees the big picture and strategizes. Or, you may be the fierce, no-holds-barred warrior who executes the plan. Whichever type you may be, take up your position and cry at the top of your lungs, ” I AM a Warrior Woman!”

Three: I AM A Badass!

This I AM affirmation gives you permission to cuss a little now and again. Repeat, “I AM a Badass!” A badass woman is mentally tough, and that toughness was earned. She survived despite the adversities. As mentioned in a previous post, I love Shonda Rhymes. She simply declares, “Don’t call me lucky. Call me a badass.” Now, you may not plan on building a media empire or writing a bestselling book like Shonda. However, you can learn from your mistakes and failures, work long hours, seek wise counsel, and form a sister circle to encourage and cheer you on.

Don’t call me lucky. Call me a badass.

I AM affirmations for being strong

Four: I AM Strong

We all have strengths and weaknesses. Now, I am sure you will agree that we spend more time thinking about our weaknesses than our strengths. In fact, sometimes we are our own worst critics. Take a few minutes and write down your strengths. Then, determine to master those strengths and take them to the next level. Repeating “I AM strong” will help you to be mentally tough. If you want to crush your goals, you must be mentally strong.

Strengthen your strengths

I AM affirmations for being persistent

Five: I AM Persistent

If you want to be successful, you have to be persistent. This I AM affirmation challenges you to keep getting up no matter how often you fail or get knocked down. You are responsible for your success. Even with a great plan and important connections, success will not be delivered to your door in a box with a pretty ribbon. You have to be persistent. It may take a while, but you can make it happen.

I AM affirmations for being unstopable

Six: I AM Unstoppable

Women warriors are unstoppable!  When you dream big, put your goals in writing, work hard, and are persistent, you will be unstoppable.  An unstoppable woman also knows the difference between a good and a great opportunity.  She does not compare herself to others and conserves her time and energy to go after the best.  More importantly, she is not afraid of failure.  So, go get it, and be unstoppable!

I am affirmations to fly

Seven: I AM Ready to Fly

This I AM affirmation tells you to flap your wings, spread them, and prepare to fly.  It’s your time to soar.  You’ve been at ground level for too long, and it’s time to take it to the next level. It’s time to make your dream a reality.

I am affirmation for inspiration

Eight: I AM My Own Inspiration

It is great to have mentors and role models. However, as Lizzo and others state, sometimes you need to be your inspiration.  It is OK to admire others and listen to their inspiring journey.  But, girlfriend, take a look back at how far you’ve come and get inspired by your progress.  Make your mark and create a new mold.  No one else has your dreams and your vision. So, be your own inspiration.

I am affirmations for being enough

Nine: I AM Enough

Do not be hesitant about who you are.  This I AM affirmation reminds you that you are enough just as you are.  You may have gone through years of being told you were insufficient. And after a while, you started believing it.  When you accept that you are enough, you can love yourself despite your failures and imperfections.  Perfection does not exist.  You are enough and have enough to take it to another level.

I am affirmations for being full

Ten: I AM Full

This I AM affirmation means you are full of love, joy, peace, and contentment.  You choose to let go of negativity, low self-esteem, doubt, and fear.  It runs parallel to being enough.  Your heart is overflowing, and you have enough left over to share with others and pour into someone else.

I am affirmations for being successful

Eleven: I AM The Success Story

Wow. This I AM affirmation reminds you that you are the success you’ve always dreamed of.  Success is not a destination. It’s a journey.  You will have big wins as well as small wins.  It’s great to read or listen to other people’s success stories.  However, little girls and young women want to listen to your success story. So, tell it, and tell it often. Older women also want to hear how they inspired you. So, tell them.  You are the success story. So, shout it out loud.
